We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Spain. All orders are processed within 0-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress until it arrives at your doorstep.

3. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition for a full refund. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

4. How do I return an item?

To return an item, please email our customer support team at support@ohhzara.com to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Spain and do not offer international shipping.
